Unified Minds (SM11) is finally here and that brings a whole new change to the Pokemon TCG game. Not only are we getting a new bunch of cards but on the day it's legal, the new 2019-2020 rotation will be in effect, meaning cards from Ultra Prism onwards are only legal for standard which means old staples like Ultra Ball, Tapu Lele-GX and Guzma are all gone.
The first big tournament to use this format is strangely enough the World Championships in middle of August, the very weekend the new set and rotation goes into effect. While everyone is still trying to figure out what the play is, a few content creators have shared their list and I'll be using their lists to share some of the top decks I think will be going into the new format and also their prices if anyone is looking to invest in those decks.
Mind you, some of the decks have a high cost because of specific cards like Jirachi, Dedenne-GX or Custom Catcher so if you're looking for a budget deck, you might want to avoid those cards. Prices will be in USD$. Also the prices were taken from Troll and Toad on August 1st.
Link to deck profiles are on the names of each decks. Some of them were just initial ideas but the main reason for sharing them is to give you guys a rough idea on where to start with your own possible ideas for a certain deck.
I chose to showcase 15 decks, 5 of the best Tag Team focused decks, 5 for GX focused attackers and 5 non-GX focused attackers. At the end I'll show a comparison of each deck prices.

Mewtwo and Mew-GX will be one of the best decks to hit the scene and also one for the big spenders, the Pokemom line itself will be worth at least $300+.
"Budget" decks like Aegislash, Spiritomb and Breelom are high up mainly for the high dependence of Jirachi in their decks.
The old favourite from the past format, Reshiram & Charizard is now only the 7th most expensive deck, with ReshiZard's price decreasing.
The real budget decks are the likes of Nidoqueen, Whimsicott and some silly stall deck. It remains to be seen if any of those will be viable.
