Who did well in the Sun & Moon to Team Up format?

We are now into the first week of the new Unbroken Bonds set being legal with a few events already happening and a few new decks performing well. In the meantime, I'd like to give a short look back on how some decks did in the previous format from SUM to TEU. I had been collecting some stats from the first week it was legal all the way up to last week. Decks shown will be ranked according to the amount of CPs they scored (of which is subjective, as I could not possibly track down every CP points scored, but most results are from events recorded in PokeStats).
